the location was acceptable.
The room was quite hot despite adjusting the thermostat. It never seemed to cool down. i also heard loud crashes, apparently coming from where the bar stored empty bottles outside. this noise continued late into the night, so i couldn't sleep properly.

The room was spacious and super clean. the bed was comfortable, i had a great sleep. all staff were helpful and pleasant, i especially appreciated the easy access to the car park. Plenty of spaces were available!
the hotel restaurant was quite busy, though i understand this is normal during peak season.

The hotel offered diverse facilities, including a fully equipped gym and a business center. i noticed the conference rooms had modern audio visual equipment and comfortable seating. Everything looked well maintained.

the restaurant food was awful and overpriced for what you got. my white wine was not chilled. cold water in the morning meant i couldn't shower (quite annoying).

the lobby was clean and cute, i noticed plenty of staff available for check-in. the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. the luggage storage room allowed me to enjoy the city before heading home (that was helpful!).

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was big with air conditioning. I really liked that feature due to the warm weather. The location seems good.
I had to wait quite a while for club sandwiches. It took 45 minutes to get them. The restaurant did not seem very busy at that time. No one explained why the food was late.

The hotel provided very easy access to the car park, with plenty of spaces available. all the staff members were pleasant! helpful, and professional. the room included a comfortable bed, good workspace for my laptop, and comfortable chairs. The room was also spacious and well designed.
